Welcome to Powerful Docs AI, a product of Brainstorm Force. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Service Description

Powerful Docs AI is an AI-powered documentation assistant that helps businesses create and manage intelligent chatbots trained on their own documentation. The service allows you to connect content sources, train AI bots, and embed them on your websites to assist your users.

Account Terms

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.
• One free account is permitted per person or organization. Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent limits is not allowed.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Powerful Docs AI for any of the following:

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or to promote illegal activities.
• Uploading malicious, offensive, or infringing content to train your bots.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Exceeding rate limits, abusing the API, or using automated tools to generate excessive load.
• Scraping, bulk-downloading, or systematically extracting data from the service.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Powerful Docs AI offers the following subscription tiers:

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing includes a 20% discount.
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately.
• Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are granted at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

• Your content -- you retain full ownership of all content you upload or connect to the service.
• Our platform -- Brainstorm Force retains ownership of the Powerful Docs AI service, including all AI models, software, and platform infrastructure.
• License grant -- by connecting content to the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of training and operating your bots. We will not use your content to train bots for other users.

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• No service level agreement (SLA) is provided for the free tier.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated with advance notice when possible.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

• AI-generated responses are provided "as is" and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date.
• We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated responses.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from your settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
• Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law sections.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
